On the other side of the world, Taiwanese individuals have donated items such as backpacks, raincoats, and diapers to the Taiwan Center. These heartwarming gifts are being sent to Turkey to help and show support to vulnerable families who are impacted by the conflict and earthquakes. 💡Our Taiwanese team has sorted and organized these donations from various sources, packing thermos bottles and backpacks into boxes📦, and sending them to the #TaiwanCenter located in Turkey.
In Reyhanli, most vulnerable families have three or more children with challenging financial situations. The income they earn from hard work each day barely covers the basics, and it’s difficult to meet their daily needs. The Taiwan Center has received donations of essential items like backpacks 🎒, raincoats 🧥, and diapers 👶 from Taiwanese people to support their daily needs and ease their financial burden. New backpacks provided After the Turkey earthquakes happened in 2023, many families can only afford to live in temporary tents. These items not only provide material assistance but also serve as a warm companion in their lives.
All of these supplies come from the Taiwanese people, whose donations and support make all of this possible.
